Description:

Two women with their children, and a third one on her own stand around a bar fully stocked with lemons. Inside his booth, which is abundantly decorated with painted and relief decorations, branches and pennants, the lemonade seller pours a glass from some kind of jug or barrel. On the left of the picture, a young boy is treading off, carrying a drink on a tray while on the other side, a beggar is dozing in the background.

The caption reads in the original French: Boutique d’Aquaiolo, à Naples.
