The Mouth of Hell to Be

An armored knight has his sword in his hand and holds up his shield for protection as a cloaked skeleton hovers over him. He ignores the hissing snakes on the side of the path and keeps walking toward the entrance of a cave, inside which a monstrous head can be seen.
